From 2018 to 2024, she studied at French University in Armenia, receiving a bachelor’s degree in law, then a master’s degree with specialization in international private, international comparative law.
From 2024, she continues her studies at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University in France (Paris 2) within the framework of the master’s program specializing in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.
During her studies, Elen Margaryan participated in a number of courses and moot courts, including the moot court dedicated to issues of criminal law and criminal procedure organized by Yerevan State University and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court (Vienna) first as a participant, then as a coach.
In 2022, she completed an internship at the House of Justice and Law (Paris, France).
Elen started her professional career in the Anti-corruption chamber of the RA Court of Cassation as an assistant to judge, then held the position of assistant to the General Prosecutor of the RA.
Currently, in parallel with her studies in France, she is a legal advisor in Fidelis.
