Nazeli Hakobyan is one of the legal advisors at Fidelis, specializing in civil and administrative law. Throughout her legal practice, she has been involved in judicial and extrajudicial processes, drafting procedural documents, contracts, and legal opinions, as well as participating in the examination of cases within administrative and judicial proceedings.
She received her education at the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, obtaining Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law. She completed her Master’s studies in the “Judicial Law and Advocacy” program. During her studies, she participated in a number of professional courses, moot courts, and debates.
She first gained professional experience at the Competition and consumer protection commission of the Republic of Armenia, specializing in competition law. She then developed her professional skills at one of Armenia’s major enterprises, primarily in the fields of business law, private international law, and contract law.
Since 2025, she has been a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, practicing as an advocate.
