Grigor Mghdesyan specializes in the field of criminal law.

He began his professional career in 2011, working in the subdivisions of the General Department of Investigation of the RA Police, where he served first as an investigator and later as a senior investigator. He was awarded the rank of Counselor of Justice, Class III.

From 2017 to 2019, he worked at the RA Special Investigation Service as a senior investigator of particularly important cases.

Subsequently, from 2019 to 2021, he served as Deputy Head of the Investigation Division for Kentron and Norq-Marash Administrative Districts of the RA Investigative Committee.

From 2021 to 2024, he worked at the RA Prosecutor’s Office as a Prosecutor for Military Cases.

Since 2025, he has been a member of the Chamber of Advocates, representing and defending clients in all types of criminal cases.

Nare Honarchyan specializes in criminal law.

She received her education at the French University Foundation in Armenia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

During her studies, Nare Honarchyan completed legal internships at the Human Rights Defender’s Office of Armenia and the Presidential Administration of Armenia.

She is currently studying in the Master’s program “International Courts and Arbitration” at Yerevan State University.

She gained her professional experience in the private sector, working as an assistant to an attorney.

Since 2023, Nare Honarchyan has been a member of the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia, practicing as an attorney.

From 2018 to 2024, she studied at French University in Armenia, receiving a bachelor’s degree in law, then a master’s degree with specialization in international private, international comparative law.

From 2024, she continues her studies at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University in France (Paris 2) within the framework of the master’s program specializing in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.

During her studies, Elen Margaryan participated in a number of courses and moot courts, including the moot court dedicated to issues of criminal law and criminal procedure organized by Yerevan State University and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court (Vienna) first as a participant, then as a coach.

In 2022, she completed an internship at the House of Justice and Law (Paris, France).

Elen started her professional career in the Anti-corruption chamber of the RA Court of Cassation as an assistant to judge, then held the position of assistant to the General Prosecutor of the RA.

Currently, in parallel with her studies in France, she is a legal advisor in Fidelis.

Zheni Poghosyan is one of the lawyer of Fidelis, specializing in migration, contractual, corporate and intellectual property law. In her professional practice, she provides effective legal assistance in current business-related matters, transactions, contractual relations, and obtaining residence status in the Republic of Armenia.

Zheni Poghosyan obtain her L.L.B. from Yerevan State University, where she was an active member of the Student Scientific Society. Throughout her academic journey, she participated in various professional courses and panel discussions. Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.

Zheni Poghosyan is currently pursuing a master’s degree in “Judicial Law and Advocacy” at Yerevan State University.
