Arthur Arushanyan is one of the founders of Fidelis and specializes in civil, administrative, financial, and bankruptcy law.
He received his education at the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University and holds a master’s degree in law. He continues his professional development by participating in practical legal courses, seminars, and forums.
He has gained work experience in the judicial and financial-banking sectors, private legal consulting, and has been engaged in legal practice since 2017. He is a member of the “Chamber of Advocates,” has been a bankruptcy case manager since 2015, and, being a licensed mediator by the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, also conducts mediation activities.
He has worked at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia, “Areximbank-Gazprombank Group” CJSC, then “Ardshinbank” CJSC, and later at the “Armenian Development and Investment Corporation” CJSC. Currently, he is actively working as a lawyer and bankruptcy case manager.
