Vache Simonyan is a specialist in criminal procedure law at Fidelis, graduated from Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University, where got his master's degree in law.
His knowledge and eight years of experience in the RA Prosecutor's Office, Mr. Simonyan successfully applies to best protect of the interests and rights of the accused.
Vache Simonyan practices both the defense of the accused in the criminal proceedings, and the protection of the interests of the victim, also appeal of the procedural actions and the protection of the rights of the convicted person in connection with serving the sentences assigned by the verdict.
V. Simonyan also gained work experience while working in the military prosecutor's office of the Yerevan garrison and in the prosecutor's office of the Shengavit administrative region of Yerevan, so Vache Simonyan specializes in legal relations related to military crimes and military registration, and as a prosecutor, Simonyan exercised supervision and protection in criminal cases related to crimes against person and property, drug trafficking, corruption crimes, violations of requirements and rules aimed at ensuring road safety.
V. Simonyan is a 3rd class Counselor of Justice, awarded with the “Guardian of the Law” medal, participated in advanced training courses organized by the Council of Europe, taught criminal law at the RA Police Academy.
